The Thai Chinese Chamber celebrated their 100th Anniversary on the evening of December 2nd 2010.  Grand celebration activities were hosted by the Commerce at Muang Thong Thani International Exhibition Center of Bangkok. More than 4,000 Chinese and Thai people from all walks of life were in attendance at the event in celebration of the Commerce’s 100th birthday.

Honorary guests included His Excellency Abhisit, Prime Minister of Thailand, Guan Mu Chinese Ambassador to Thailand and Ren Qiliang  Deputy Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council.

The Confucius Classroom at Suankularb Wittayalai School was invited to perform at  the ceremonial performance. ‘The Eighteen Disciples of the Buddha ‘ featuring novel concepts and elegant dances, once again won critical acclaim and commendations from Chinese and Thai guests and friends from all walks of life
